SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders placed by 2PMET Monday-Friday are shipped the same day. Otherwise, orders will be shipped on the next business day. During high-volume drop times, it may take a little longer, but we're working hard to get your new PJs to you as fast as possible!
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

U.S. Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

U.S. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
PREORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)
If your order includes a preorder item, your entire order will ship once all items are available.
Estimated ship dates for preorder items will be listed on the product page.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
During high-volume periods (such as launches or holidays), processing and shipping times may be extended.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally to select countries.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
