Is Little Bond Rewards free to join?
Yes! Little Bond Rewards is completely free to join. Simply create an account to start earning points and unlock rewards.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by shopping with us, creating an account, leaving eligible product reviews, following us on social media, and referring friends. Sign in and open the Rewards panel to see every available way to earn.
How many points do I earn per dollar spent?
You’ll earn points on every qualifying dollar spent, excluding shipping, taxes, gift cards, and discounts. Your current earning rate and available activities are shown in the Rewards panel.
How do I redeem my points?
Sign in to your account and open the Rewards panel to view your balance. When you have enough points, you can exchange them for a $5, $10, or $20 reward and apply the resulting discount code at checkout.
Do my points or rewards expire?
Your points and issued rewards may be subject to expiration under the current program terms. Open the Rewards panel to review your balance and use available rewards before any listed expiration date.
Can I combine a reward with Mix & Save or another promotion?
Rewards generally cannot be combined with another discount code. Because Mix & Save and promotional offers can vary, checkout will show whether your reward can be applied to the items in your cart.
What happens to my points if I return or cancel an order?
Points earned from returned or canceled purchases will be removed from your rewards balance. If this creates a negative balance, points earned from future purchases may be applied toward that balance first.
Why aren’t my points showing in my account?
Some points may take a little time to appear. First, make sure you’re signed in with the same email address used for your purchase or activity. If your points still haven’t appeared after the qualifying activity is complete, contact us and include your order number.
