We're so excited for you to receive your Little Bond Co. order! We've put our hearts and souls into this brand and whether it's your first order or your hundredth, we hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it.

Shipping

Processing Times

Most in-stock orders will ship within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends an dholidays. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there's ever a delay, we'll keep you in the loop via the email you used when you placed your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping in the United States for all orders over $50.

Shipping Rates

If you're in the United States, all orders over $50 will qualify for free standard shipping. For other rates, see below:

  • United States, <$50 order: $6.95 flat-rate shipping (standard)
  • International: If we offer shipping to your country, rates will be calculated at checkout based on the size & weight of your order.
Delivery Estimates
  • United States: 3-7 days after order processing.
  • International: Calculated at checkout. Please allow extra time for customs (if applicable to your country).

Please note that delivery times are only estimates. Estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather delays, holidays, or peak shipping season.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive shipping confirmation via email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to populate after you receive the email.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Little Bond Co. is not responsible for: 

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Packages marked as undeliverable or returned to sender.

If a package is returned to us, we're happy to reship it once the address is corrected (additional shipping charges may apply). If we are unable to reship it, the order will be refunded, less any shipping costs incurred by us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Little Bond Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note that sometimes carriers may mark an item as delivered, and you'll receive it the next day (especially around holiday times).

Nevertheless, we're here to help. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at hello@littlebondco.com and we'll do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Note that some sale events may be FINAL SALE. Any such products will be clearly noted.

Item Condition Requirements

Returned items must be free from:

  • Stains
  • Odors
  • Pet hair
  • Damage of any kind

For hygiene and safety reasons, any item showing signs of wear or washing cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or eligible item, subject to availability.

To start an exchange, please contact us at hello@littlebondco.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your original item is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Little Bond Co. is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes clearance or promotional items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@littlebondco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
