Little Bond Co. September 2026 Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Little Bond Co. September 2026 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Little Bond Co. LLC, doing business as Little Bond Co., located in Louisville, Kentucky (“Sponsor”).

This Giveaway is administered solely by Sponsor.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and prize suppliers are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on [September 14, 2026] at 7:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 20, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Giveaway Period”).

Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, complete all of the following steps:

Follow @shoplittlebondco on Instagram.
Tag one parent or caregiver in a comment on the designated Little Bond Co. Giveaway Reel.
Share the Giveaway Reel to your Instagram Story and tag @shoplittlebondco. If your account is private or you do not post to Instagram Stories, you may instead send the Giveaway Reel directly to a friend through Instagram.
Check your Instagram direct messages and follow the instructions sent by Little Bond Co.
Submit a valid email address through the Giveaway’s ManyChat entry flow and complete the entry confirmation.

All steps must be completed during the Giveaway Period. Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address. Posting additional comments, tagging additional accounts, or sharing the Reel more than once will not provide additional entries or increase the odds of winning.

Entrants must provide accurate information. Automated, bulk, fraudulent, incomplete, late, misdirected, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Normal internet, mobile-data, and messaging charges imposed by an entrant’s service provider may apply.

5. Agreement to the Official Rules

By entering, each entrant confirms that they meet the eligibility requirements and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding on matters relating to the Giveaway.

6. Prizes

Two winners will each receive $150 in Little Bond Co. store credit.

The approximate retail value of each prize is $150. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $300.

Store credit may be applied toward eligible, in-stock merchandise available from Little Bond Co. at the time it is redeemed. Merchandise remains subject to availability. If an order exceeds the amount of the store credit, the winner is responsible for paying the remaining balance and any applicable charges.

Store credit has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and may not be sold, transferred, or substituted by a winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Each winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about September 21, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select two potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor’s selection is final, subject to verification of each potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be contacted only by @shoplittlebondco through Instagram direct message and through the email address submitted with their entry.

Little Bond Co. will never ask a potential winner to provide payment, credit-card information, bank information, or a password to receive a prize.

Each potential winner must respond within forty-eight hours after Sponsor’s initial notification, unless Sponsor provides a different deadline in the notification. Sponsor may require a potential winner to confirm eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary to deliver the prize.

A potential winner may be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected, if the potential winner:

Cannot be contacted;
Does not respond within the stated period;
Is found to be ineligible;
Provided inaccurate or incomplete entry information;
Does not comply with these Official Rules; or
Declines the prize.

A potential winner is not an official winner until Sponsor confirms their eligibility. If necessary, Sponsor may select alternate potential winners using the same random-selection method.

9. Prize Delivery

Sponsor will provide each verified winner with instructions for receiving and redeeming the store credit.

Sponsor is not responsible for a prize notification or store-credit delivery that is lost, delayed, misdirected, blocked, filtered as spam, or otherwise not received because of inaccurate information supplied by an entrant or settings outside Sponsor’s control.

10. Email and Personal Information

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law.

Entering the Giveaway does not automatically subscribe an entrant to Little Bond Co. promotional email. Entrants will receive marketing communications only if they separately choose to subscribe.

Personal information will otherwise be handled according to Little Bond Co.’s privacy policy.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to identify a winner by first name, last initial, city, state, Instagram username, or similar limited identifying information in connection with announcing or administering the Giveaway, without additional compensation.

Any other use of a winner’s photograph, likeness, voice, or testimonial for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to any consent required by applicable law.

12. Instagram Disclaimer and Release

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility or liability arising from or related to the Giveaway.

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

Entrants must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms, policies, and community guidelines. Entrants must not inaccurately tag content or encourage others to inaccurately tag content.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person Sponsor reasonably believes has:

Tampered with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway;
Attempted to obtain more than the permitted number of entries;
Used multiple identities, accounts, or email addresses to enter;
Submitted false or misleading information;
Engaged in fraud, abuse, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct; or
Violated these Official Rules or applicable platform policies.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, human error, or another event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, extend, or cancel the Giveaway.

If the Giveaway is canceled, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the cancellation, if appropriate and legally permitted.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

14. Technical Limitations

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted or unavailable internet or mobile service, delayed messages, platform outages, failed direct-message delivery, incorrect contact information, software errors, or other technical problems that may interfere with entry or participation.

Proof that an entrant attempted to submit information does not constitute proof that Sponsor received a completed eligible entry.

If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, Sponsor may treat the authorized account holder of the email address submitted with the entry as the entrant, subject to verification.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, advertising partners, and prize suppliers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any right or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

16. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, any legal proceeding arising from or relating to the Giveaway must be brought individually, without resort to a class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
