Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with Little Bond Co. 🤍 If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Note that some sale events may be FINAL SALE. Any such products will be clearly noted.
Item Condition Requirements
Returned items must be free from:
- Stains
- Odors
- Pet hair
- Damage of any kind
For hygiene and safety reasons, any item showing signs of wear or washing cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or eligible item, subject to availability.
To start an exchange, please contact us at hello@littlebondco.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your original item is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Little Bond Co. is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes clearance or promotional items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@littlebondco.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
